The Hotel*** Restaurant Au Riesling is proud to announce the acquisition of the title of Master Restaurateur.

In September 2024, the company was awarded the title of Master Restorer.

Created in 2007 on the initiative of the French Ministry of SMEs, Trade and Crafts, the title of Maître Restaurateur is the only government-issued title for the French restaurant industry. It is awarded by the prefect of the département, after a control audit by an independent body, for a renewable period of four years.

The “Maître Restaurateur” label guarantees that the entire menu respects all aspects of cooking with raw ingredients, and gives the customer the certainty of being in front of an establishment of excellence. This new title guarantees home-cooked cuisine combined with local produce to satisfy your taste buds.
