It is awarded by the prefect of the d\u00e9partement, after a <strong>control audit <\/strong>by an independent body, for a <strong>renewable<\/strong> period of <strong>four years.<\/strong> <\/p>\n<p>The &#8220;Ma\u00eetre Restaurateur&#8221; label guarantees that the entire menu respects all aspects of cooking with raw ingredients, and gives the customer the certainty of being in front of an establishment of excellence.
